1 · Scope of Services & Eligibility

Altimist AG provides digital products and services including blockchain-based ".altimist" domain names and associated services through this website.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website.
• To purchase products or services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental / guardian consent.
• Certain transactions may require KYC verification to comply with legal requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason.
• By using our services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2 · Purchasing & Delivery

• All sales are final upon successful payment.
• Digital products are transferred to your designated account or wallet after purchase confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (e.g. wallet address, email).
• Delivery time-frames may vary by product or service.

3 · Fees & Foreign Exchange

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Non-EUR transactions are converted by your provider's FX rate, which may include additional fees.

• We may apply a transparent FX spread of up to 1 % when applicable.
• Additional charges (transaction or wallet-transfer fees) may apply and will be disclosed.
• We reserve the right to change our fee structure with notice.

4 · Cancellation, Refunds & Complaints

• Owing to the unique nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
• Subscription services may be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms of that service.
• Technical delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
• Complaints: email customercare@altimist.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
• We follow a fair dispute-resolution process and will work diligently to resolve legitimate issues.

5 · Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including:

• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Transactions with sanctioned countries, individuals or entities
• Money-laundering, terrorist financing or similar crimes
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
• Infringing intellectual-property rights of Altimist AG or third parties

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access, legal action and/or reporting to authorities.

6 · Intellectual Property

All materials on this site (logos, images, text) are owned by Altimist AG or its partners and may not be reused without permission. When you purchase a domain you acquire specific usage rights as described in the product terms.

7 · Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for loss of access caused by incorrect wallet addresses or third-party platform failures.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
• We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

8 · WhatsApp Communication

When you contact customer support via WhatsApp:

• You consent to Altimist AG storing your phone number and message content solely for support and transactional updates.
• You can reply “STOP” at any time to opt out.
• Message history may be retained for up to 24 months.

9 · Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
